Hey there, innovators!  Another week flies by, and the world of AI keeps churning. 

Last week I had the privilege of attending HFS’ terrific summit in New York, where Phil Fersht and team brought together leaders from across the IT services industry to discuss where they are with enterprise AI. Phil led things off, sharing research that just 5% of enterprises have successfully deployed GenAI, noting “it’s not yet a burning platform; it’s a smoldering platform.”  CXOs in attendance provided confirmation, noting “AI is, by far, our top priority” and yet “we’re being POC’ed to death,” “data debt is holding us back” and “it’s time to stop lying to ourselves, to be real about our internal immaturity on AI, and move forward appropriately.”
